The problem

A thousand items means the same entry a thousand times.

With used goods, two units of the same model are never in the same condition. So every intake means looking at the item, judging its condition, recording that as stock, then rewriting it for each channel to list it. Inspection lives in notes or Excel, stock in the buying system, listings in each marketplace console. The same item gets entered again and again, in different places.

01

Inspection rests on one person

Condition grades come down to an inspector’s experience. The criteria are not written down, and the work stops when the person who can judge is away.

02

The condition is recorded nowhere

The scratches and missing accessories found during inspection end up in a note and go no further. The stock system holds a model number and a quantity. What is sitting on the shelf, and in what state, means walking over to look.

03

Every channel means doing it again

Fields and categories differ between marketplaces. The same item has to be rewritten for each. Adding a channel doubles the work, so it ends with one channel and no more.

How it works

Three steps to resale.

Photographing an item with a phoneStep 1
Shoot

Follow the on-screen guide and take a few photos. No special equipment.

Reviewing the AI assessment on a tabletStep 2
Assess

Model, production year and condition are assessed and mapped to your own grades.

Approving the per-marketplace listings on a laptopStep 3
List

Prices and descriptions are generated per marketplace. A person approves them.

Categories

If it is second-hand, the category does not matter

The assessment works the same way whatever the goods. Results come out in the grading scheme your team already uses. We handle categories that are not listed here too, so please get in touch.

What you can do

Features

An AI agent runs three features covering inspection through resale. All you do is approve.

FAQ

What teams ask before starting.

How much does the AI do, and where do people step in?

Zulora reads the model, production year and condition grade from your photos, writes the listing in each language, and carries it through to resale. Everything it produces passes through a screen a person approves. Nothing is listed automatically.

Checking that the item works, packing, shipping and dealing with buyers stay with you. Zulora never takes your stock into its keeping.

Do we need our own marketplace accounts?

Yes. Items are listed on your account, under your name. Zulora connects to that account and does the listing work for you.

If you already have accounts, connecting takes nothing more than signing in through the browser. If you are opening them now, each marketplace has its own review period.

Because the listings are yours, the sales history and seller rating build up on your account, not ours.

We go through which channels we support with you individually.

How long does it take to get started?

If you already have marketplace accounts, you can connect and start shooting and assessing the same day. Connecting is a browser sign-in — no development work.

If you are opening accounts now, add each marketplace's review period. If you do not yet hold a secondhand dealer licence, the public safety commission review takes one to two months.

CSV import works from day one. For API integration, we work through the details with you.

Are we compliant with the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act?

You hold the secondhand dealer licence yourself.

Zulora is a tool that helps with the listing work; it takes no part in the sale itself. The items stay your property, they sell on your account, and each marketplace pays you directly. Because we never hold your items or your money, the licence has to sit with you.

For items you sell, the transaction date, item details, sale price and channel are recorded automatically and can be exported to CSV. If you use that as your ledger under the Act, combine it with your own records of what you bought and keep it in the form your obligations require.

Do you authenticate items?

Not at present. What it reads is the model, production year and external condition visible in the photos. Nothing about authenticity appears in the assessment or in the listing.

Authentication stays with your own buying process and, where you need it, an appraisal service.

Power-on tests, shutter and other mechanical checks, and anything requiring disassembly are also outside what it reads today. Check those yourself and enter them on the assessment screen.

We keep looking at widening what it covers. Tell us what you need.

What happens when the assessment is wrong?

Nothing the AI decides is registered or listed on its own. A person always reviews it first. Low-confidence and unreadable fields are shown as “unknown” and highlighted — never filled in with a guess. Every correction a person makes is recorded, so you can see which fields get corrected and how often.

Accuracy depends on the photos. Following the shooting guide improves it.

What about categories you do not cover?

There is no restriction on categories. Cameras and lenses, watches, musical instruments, tools, luxury goods and a wide range besides.

Inspection fields are held as data, per category, so adding a new one is a settings change rather than development work. We can also design those fields around what you handle.

Even where the model is hard to identify, you can fill it in by hand and carry on from registration through to listing. Nothing is built so that you cannot proceed without an assessment result.

Can we connect our buying, POS and core systems?

Yes. Both CSV and API are available, on every plan.

CSV needs nothing more than an export from your existing system, and works from day one. The API covers importing stock and exporting listing status and sales results. Whichever route items come in by, they land in the same inspection list as the ones you shoot.

You do not need to change how those systems are used. Zulora handles the work from inspection through resale, not stock management itself. Nothing has to be entered twice.

Which direction and which fields depend on your setup, so we walk through it with you alongside the specification.

Do you ship items or handle returns?

What Zulora covers is the work from inspection through resale, and showing you how those listings are selling. Shipping, packing, returns and talking to buyers carry on the way you run them today.

How is the sales commission charged?

The commission is not fixed at the moment a sale closes. It is fixed once shipment is confirmed and a set period has passed. If the order is returned or cancelled, no commission arises on it.

When we can see the return or cancellation ourselves, it is cancelled automatically — you do not need to claim it. For cases we cannot see, send us the evidence and we will cancel it.

Pending and fixed items, with the expected commission, are always visible in the console. If a refund happens after the commission is fixed, we deduct it from a later invoice.

Is our data used to train the AI?

Your stock mix, buying prices and sales strategy are business information, and they never feed into assessments for anyone else.

What improves accuracy is how a model looks and which assessments get corrected — information about the items themselves. Nothing about how you run your business reaches another company.

What happens to our listings if we cancel?

They stay up. We do not take them down. After cancellation, managing, editing and removing those listings, and handling any transactions on them, are yours.

Commission still arises on sales that close after cancellation.
